With its stunning views of the mountains and the sea, Baan Kinaree is the wedding venue of your dreams.
Accommodating up to 40 guests, seating and standing combined, it’s perfect for wedding ceremonies and intimate cocktails. Utilise the spacious 20-metre open-air terrace, landscaped gardens and gorgeous infinity-edged pool to create the ambience of your choice. You’re allowed to play music right until the midnight curfew.
If your guest list exceeds 40 people, you’ll be charged an event fee, security deposit and an optional pre- or post-event fee.

Minimum stay of 3 nights for Low and Shoulder Season

Minimum stay of 7 nights for Peak Season
Event fees of USD 1,200 + 7% tax
Pre and Post-Event day events can be arranged
with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax
The Fine Print
Until 12 midnight only.
Music and Event Curfew
Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected. Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
Note: Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.

Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
