“Luxury that feels like home!”
We were greeted warmly with the most thirst-quenching and most relaxing welcome drinks and fruits. The atmosphere at the whole villa was very cozy, and it feels such a paradise - indeed, a home away from home.

“Wonderful hilltop luxury villa!”
We stayed at Ban Kinaree for our company trip and it was amazing! We loved the villa! Its so spacious and luxurious, plus the pool view overlooking the sea never fails to impress.

“Excellent villa for a family vacation.”
Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space if needed. A Grab to Chaweng was about 300 THB if you want to venture into shops, clubs, etc or the villa staff can order you a taxi for around 700 THB. Fisherman's Village would be even less as the villa is just up the hill inland from Fisherman's Village. The service was impeccable. Nothing was too much for Toon (villa manager) and her team. And the food! You will not be disappointed by the food! Our total meal bill for 5 nights was around 21,000 THB for 8 of us which is unbelievable inexpensive given the quality and quantity food. Just book it. You won't regret it!

“Baan Kinaree indeed delivered and even exceeded our expectations!”
We enjoyed a sumptuous Thai dinner and were brought into each of our rooms after that, to rest our tired bodies and souls for the night. We were exhausted due to the flights and all the travel, so we all had a good night’s sleep and then the morning came. The view from outside our room is truly wonderful and amazing, inviting us to go out there and experience Baan Kinaree at its finest. The staff were very nice and very accommodating, specially KhunToon, the Villa Manager, and the Private Chef, who made us gain weight (in a good and healthy way) during our stay with each and every special meal he prepares for all of us, every single day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. The seafood dinner feast was amazing, the Asian breakfast was truly heartwarming and filling. We enjoyed such healthy, sumptuous and luxurious food. The whole experience is one of a kind and truly remarkable, something that will stay in your mind and in your heart forever. Our family had the best holiday that we could have, Baan Kinaree indeed delivered and even exceeded our expectations! Until the next time! “Most amazing place”
It was easily the most amazing place I've ever stayed. The setting was amazing and view breathtaking. The staff and food was to die for and the staff were friendly and accommodating. i would stay again in a heartbeat and absolutely ideal if you're ever getting married. totally recommend this place for a group of ten.

“Outstanding property”
An outstanding property that is not fully clear from the description. What is not obvious is that you have a wonderful team of staff to attend to everything you could wish for. A big shout out to Toon and Tube, the manager and chef. Both of them are truly excellent and do everything with a smilie and heartfelt hospitality.. They and their team made it into an unforgettable experience. Also, we’ve never eaten better in Thailand, or indeed anywhere.; Tube is an outstanding chef. The property itself is wonderful – and the location and view as good as it gets. An excellent operator – we will be booking through you next year. Thank you.

“Don't get me wrong, the photos are beautiful, but in real life it's amazing!”
This villa is so much nicer in person than it is in pictures. Don't get me wrong, the photos are beautiful, but in real life it's amazing! I went on a holiday at Ban Kinaree with a couple of girlfriends and we spent so much time by the lounge, by the pool, and the infinity pool itself because the view is amazing. There was so much we loved about Ban Kinaree but the view from the pool was really something else!!

“Unforgettable stay!”
The villa is so spacious and luxurious and beautiful, more than the photos show. The service from all the staff and our villa manager Sao made the experience beyond excellent and we will never forget them or our holiday. On top of that the food served by our chef was without question the best Thai food any if us have ever had anywhere in the world. Thank you and we will return. Finally the pool was wonderful I will miss it!!!

“Above expectation experience!”
Baan Kinaree was quite simply above our very high expectations. We expected an exceptional view, 5 star rooms, a huge infinity pool and a high level of pleasant service all of which was exceeded so that’s really saying something! A very special experience in a quiet yet stunning setting with views of Ko Phang Ngan Wihc made me feel very special indeed. 10 out of 10 thank you luxury villas and homes!!
