“Exceptional Stay at Ban Kinaree.”
We had a truly wonderful stay at Ban Kinaree at the end of February 2026. The villa exceeded all our expectations and delivered an unforgettable experience in Koh Samui. The location in the hills of Bophut is absolutely stunning — peaceful, private, and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, yet only a short 10-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village. The panoramic sea and mountain views from the infinity pool are simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The villa itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional Thai architecture with modern tropical comfort. The wooden ceilings, natural materials, and thoughtful details create a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Each bedroom is spacious and private, with large bathrooms and outdoor/rain showers that make the stay feel even more special. We especially loved the massive terrace and the 19.5m infinity-edge pool — perfect for relaxing during the day and enjoying dinners together in the evening. The al fresco dining area and BBQ facilities were great for group meals. The villa felt incredibly spacious, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The staff were attentive, professional, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout our stay. Ban Kinaree is the perfect combination of privacy, luxury, and convenience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui. All was perfect.

“The view is magnificent”
The overall experience was pleasant. A picturesque location with a stunning view of the seashore overlooking the vastness of the ocean imbibed with a tranquil experience, sketching a perfect relaxing getaway. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. A special shoutout to the manager for expediting all important tasks in a very coordinated way.

“A great villa in a great spot.”
We loved our stay in Koh Samui. The villa was incredible and the staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great villa in a great spot.

“Just book it. You won't regret it!”
Excellent villa for a family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space if needed. A Grab to Chaweng was about 300 THB if you want to venture into shops, clubs, etc or the villa staff can order you a taxi for around 700 THB. Fisherman's Village would be even less as the villa is just up the hill inland from Fisherman's Village.
The service was impeccable. Nothing was too much for Toon (villa manager) and her team. And the food! You will not be disappointed by the food! Our total meal bill for 5 nights was around 21,000 THB for 8 of us which is unbelievable inexpensive given the quality and quantity food.
Just book it. You won't regret it!
